Can't receive emails in Mail App or in Outlook or other Mail software when connected to VPN.

You can access your emails at any email provider via Webmail.
However mail software uses specific mail ports that are often abused by spammers and thus we block emails on those ports unless they belong to well known email providers, which we have added to the allow list by default.
For example if your email is hosted with Gmail, Apple, Yahoo, AOL etc., it should be getting through without any problems.
If however you can't receive your emails in your email software please let us know the "mail servers" or name of your Email provider and we will add it to the allow list if it already isn't.
