Please let us know when did you order the IP and why do you want to change it and what kind of IP you want to change it with and we will let you know if it will be possible.

Please note, we do not replace IPs because of accidental blocks by web sites for free. This could happen for various reasons to any IP address.

Dedicated IPs are not suitable for unblocking streaming services, we have special unblocking servers you have access to, at no extra price in the VPNArea apps for that purpose.

If the web site you're trying to unblock is in USA, UK, CA or Italy, we could try to unblock it via our special residential servers if it's not already unblocked. Our special residential servers are marked with the letters NFLX in the servers list and access to them is included in the membership.
